Scope for precision rifle

Well, I think I am just about done (for now). I have mounted my new Sightron SIII 8-32x56 scope, and yesterday I took it to the range and "zeroed" the new scope. Although I still think that the Vortex PST was a good scope, for my eyes, this one is SOOOOOO much better. If I do change anything else, it might be to get lower rings, (ATRS didn't have any of the 1.375" rings in stock, and I think that they would have been perfect, but I went with 1.50" ones and I find that they are just a little high.) and maybe a muzzle brake. (It is a .260 Remington so it has a very mild recoil, but it would be nice to be able to watch the bullet impact through the scope.)

Thanks to Dustin, Shaun and everyone else at ATRS who built this rifle for me and to Jerry Teo at Mystic Precision for helping me out so much with the new scope.

Best choice for what you are doing is, in my opinion, a NF NXS 8-32x56

Cheaper option with almost as good glass is the Sightron Siii 8-32x56

Want a FFP scope don't overlook the DMR from Bushnell. A bit light on upper end magnification but an excellent all-around scope.

Very nice rifle btw :)

Very nice rifle and glad you are enjoying the Sightron.

If you want shorter rings, I have Farrell Steel tactical rings instock.

if you want some work done or need more components, happy to help.

Enjoy the rifle
