Low rings on a rail would be like using Talley LW mediums or highs

I am using the low Leupold PRW rings on the rail on my T-3 CTR, and the height is right where I like it, just a slight clearance with Butler Creek flip ups on my Nikon Monarch 5-20x44 scope.

Both of my Tikkas have NEAR rails, NF scopes and NF rings. Keep the rail and buy some decent rings.
