Is that steel studding. I dont believe in this part of the country that it is allowed in residential housing so that would leave me to believe it was a contractor.

It's not steel studs,it's starter strip/drip edge.It's installed on the gutter edge and overhangs about 3/4" to allow drainage from the roof to the gutter.

That happened on a old piece of land my Dad owns. The NS department of environment made him clean it up or risk charges. Nice.

The shingle bags have a code on them that can be traced to the supply house!That is a starting point!

I believe the property owner reported it to police. An inspector from a nearby city lives right across the road from his house. The pile had been "sorted through" somewhat when I was there monday, so I suspect they were looking for evidence.

i drag more junk out of the river and old loading ports(west end boat marina and ship loading port that was closed years ago) here in windsor you name it tires,steel,garbage,couch's,dressers, old paint cans even the kitchen sink ans i more then happy to do so if i can find the guy that did it i report it if i catch the guy doing it i take down his license plate and hold him there

its real funny when you find pot plants growing not even 1000 yards from a school and a police station you bet i went down to the police and reported it
