Yeah, you got it right on the money ;)

Black is real hard to come by (factory has only produced a few), so you pay a premium. Plus, add the cost of the 10.3" barrel (you gotta buy an extra, can't swap it for the 16"), then add 14% tax on all that extra, plus shipping on the extra barrel, etc.

It's prolly closer to $3,500, I just havn't added it up yet :D

hehe. I found someone who did it for $700 ;) Way better then $1,500.

It's not in yet, I'm driving around with a cracked windshield untill I get all these imports done! No sense risking the brand new windshield :D
 
About $100 for a nice 30 or 50 round pinned to 5 by someone who knows what they are doing.

$70 for a factory nutered 5 round mag that you can't clean or disassemble.
 
Man is that ever nice. I hope to some day have one with a very similar setup ;)

But for now, I'll just drool over the pics and geek out watching Stargate and Atlantis re-runs; dry-firing my Tokyo Marui version at the Ori and Wraith on my projection screen.

Damn expensive. They're listed for about $1400 in the US. Of course, most gunshops are back order but still, it's no where near $3000.
 
Where are there factory black ones for $1400US? Let me know so I can buy 50!

The green 16" go for $2450 landed after all everything.
 
Also damn worth the money if you really want one. Expensive is a relative term with many variables.
 
It isn't "double for black", you are leaving out currency exchange, the 10" barrel, duty, taxes, shipping, other costs of importing (?).

Technically, if you could import them from the US (you cant btw) currency exchange wouldnt be a huge issue right now. Barrel could be cut by a gunsmith unless you wanna keep it non-restricted. So even after that and shipping, taxes and export license, it would still be cheaper. But again, the State dept. wont let you export them for the moment and I wouldnt buy a PS90, not even for $700...
 
I consider the cool factor on these alight higher than what I would label a ump.. sure I like HK as much as the next person, but I do not consider them superior. They are just the mercedes of firearms.. they have a good name that they are riding on.. One day I will cough up the 5 or 6 grand to own a ump.. but until I feel that I am liquid enough, I will enjoy the competition.
I also enjoy the others available like the tp9 and the famae.. And this price compares to what those items are selling for.
everyone is entitled to his or her own opinions, and that is why I purchased one of these.. And I am VERY pleased.
 
Sooooooo sweet. I was looking at Williams Arms for a small case for my PS90. Even their SMALLEST case was WAY too big. So I stopped at Canadian Tire on my way home, and they had a nice and small pistol case. Of course I couldn't bring in my PS90 into try and fit it, so I bought it and DAMN, does it ever fit sweet.

You take the barrel/sight block off with the push of one button (under where the mag goes), drop it all in and BOOM, she fits like a dream.

PS90 with 10.3" barrel, two 50rd mags, 200-300 rounds of ammo, and just enuff room for the reg cert ;)

The case doesn't bulge, it fits in just perfect, foam holds it snug.

It'd be sweet to show up at the range, pull out the case, everyone thinks you're gonna shoot a handgun, pull out the SMG, assemble it in 3 seconds and rip off 5 rounds :D

All we need is a Canadian distributor for FN Herstal ( or north america )and you could order it for a fraction of the price in black with the 10.3" barrel. This american 16" junk with glued mags and stories of black costing more is just their lies to try and and make us feel ok about paying through the nose for nothing.
 
Damn right. When I talked DIRECTLY to FN, they said "unfortunatly, we ran out of black after producing about 150 of them, so THAT drove the price up, our price was always the same. We decided that as a special present we would deliver one black one to each of our Class III stocking dealers. The rest are a cross between OD and the tan left over from the FS2000's. You won't be able to get a PS90 with a 10.3" barrel anytime soon as our demand for P90's exceeds our manufacturing capabilities, especially the barrels."

I thought he was joking!? :cool:
