The semi's you have listed are all great guns. I just picked up a new semi, I opted for the maxus, which is not on your list. I had considered most of the same guns, handled them all, I liked the maxus because it is as light as the a5 hunter, but gas operated, so felt recoil "should" be less. I did not like the SBE II as it felt quite barrel heavy (reminded me of my 870 supermag with a 28" barrel) but, to each their own. I went for 3.5" only because of price, it was cheaper than the 3". Why? Because the LGS is getting out of hunting guns and wanted it gone.
Go handle the guns on your list, or at least the ones you can get your hands on, and start narrowing the options down by what fits, or does not. Which ones feel the best in your hands, or doesn't. As far as reliability, I have no idea. Everything breaks/wears out eventually. Some brands just get to that point sooner than we would like. All companies have lemons, just some have more than others.
I don't think you can go wrong with anyone of the guns on your list, or the weatherby SA-08, or the SX3. You have picked the guns on your list for some reason or other, so stick to what you were originally interested in.
