Sent Cadex an email on an issue

Never dealt with them, but for the price of the rifles, how the say they stand behind them, and the fact that they are Canadian. Should all point towards getting a reply very quickly, if you don't get a response right away, I would definitely call them. Emails soemtimes tend to take time to come through, our one manager at work, no matter how the email is sent to him takes half a day plus for it to come through...
 
The email I have used in the past gave me a response time of under 24hrs, typically within 3-4 hrs if my question was during business hours.
 
I dealt with them on my Cadex Tremor because THEY reached out to me! Super professional and fast service all the way.

Wish I had never sold that rifle. Sigh.
 
Cadex is awesome to deal with.

I had an extraction problem and sent a couple pictures as requested, they sent me a prepaid label the same day (it was a Monday) They got the bolt the next day and shipped it back the same day. I got the bolt back on Wednesday fully repaired no questions asked. Three days from start to finish (I reside in SW Ontario).
