I just picked up a No5 Jungle Carbine from Gatehouse and a No4Mk2 Target rifle from 303Carbine 8)

I bought this off another CGN'er in the last bit. (One of the baloney eaters :lol: .... a great guy to deal with.. )
It is an all matching CE44 K98 except the bolt which matches itself. Could be a vet bringback, not sure, but it sure is purdy.

It has cut down front end of stock and really dirty bore
Paid 100$ with 125 $ rds of Austrian marked ammo on clips

since i have moved out east i have shot four wild baloneys in the back yard. did you you want me to ship you one sean? just remeber thay have more fat and gristle than the western farm raised baloney. just as good on white bread though [/quote]

I don't have pics yet as the gun;s undergoign transfer, but I picked up a non-rebuilt 1941 Tula TT33.

All matching except for the mint replacement barrel (still in 7.62).

Only about 15% original finish left, but it's honest wear and no pitting and no stupid flip safety or import marks :twisted:
