Serious issue with new XCR

This company makes one of the coolest canadian firearms yet have all these issues. I saw one at the store that had to be sent back recently because of a nasty flaw on the outside of the barrel. I'd love an xcr but I just don't know. Maybe I wouldn't be so hesitant if it wasn't well over 2 grand.

lol This is what kills me about the modern black rifle market in Canada.

Rifles that cost a billion dollars but have horrible quality control and barely hold together.

I understand the connection between our prohib/restricted laws and how it creates a demand for any new "black" rifle that can be supplied (hence the unjustifiable prices of these apparent pieces of junk lol)

It's pretty sad that we find ourselves being bent over a barrel to pay out the nose for sub par crap just because it's non restricted and kind of looks like an AR if you turn your head slightly and squint.....

And now with the States going ### too, looks like my retirement dreams are washing away :(

What does this mean?

It means they (the U.S.) have offically started the ball rolling at a Federal level towards the U.S. becoming like Canada as far as borderline retarded gun laws go.

Which sucks.

Because I always had a dream of retiring and moving to the US, living in a great Pro Gun state like Oklahoma and being able to own whatever I wanted under a government that trusted me with my actual freedoms and responsibilites as a law abiding citizen.

It's almost depressing (to me anyhow) to think that the last great, truly free and pro-gun country within distance has started the ball rolling in the direction it's now headed :(
