You are actually one of the main reasons we turn the other warehouse off sometimes. We were back logged with orders at the other warehouse and all the emails you were sending made me decide to turn it off so we didn't get back logged again. I'm sorry you don't understand that we run multiple warehouses across the country to help reduce shipping costs. By turning off the one backed up warehouse it means we can get everything shipped out quickly so people don't have to wait for their orders.
I think I probably speak for a lot of customers here, most of us would rather wait a bit longer for shipping if it means having full access to inventory during a sale.
Right now, when items disappear or stock tightens right as the sale starts, it comes across as restrictive, even if that’s not the intention. From a buyer’s perspective, a consistent and transparent sale or a deal matters more than fast shipping.
