SG553 version of CQB?

Right, so I'm assuming no-one knows how reliable this new/old system is in the CQB as no-one has one.

Now all I have to do is think of a reason why I need a 5-shot 9-inch barrelled .223 that I can only use on approved ranges... hmm...

Technically only a 7.5" barrel with a 1.5" FH - but 9" for Canada since they count the FH in the length since it is a one piece...

The actual rifled barrel part of 7.5 ish inches measured side by side a Noveske Diplomat upper here --

Slight correction, removing 2 inches for the chamber, leaves 5.5 inches of rifling !

True -- however barrels are measured distance from muzzle end to bolt closed on the chamber in most respects.

I noticed the Brit mil guys how had 552's here now have C8CQB's and some Hk416's...

My one regret about moving to the US, is that I cannot get a Sig 553.
