On Saturday April 8th, there will be an IDPA-style 3-gun match on Range 1 at the Sharon Gun Club.
3-Guns - rifle, shotgun, handgun - centerfire calibers - pistol caliber rifles welcome.
All on one stage.

10 AM to 3 PM
The match is shot on a first come first served basis (like a regular Sharon IDPA or IPSC match), with the last shooter going at 3 PM. Like a regular Sharon IDPA/IPSC match you put your name down for a slot when you get there.

20 rifle
10 shot 2 slugs
24 handgun
Non members welcome

For this match the main IDPA-style points are:
- the pistol and all your ammo (rifle, handgun, shot and slugs) is on your person concealed under a coat.
- You shoot with 50% of your upper body behind cover. A range rule requires that the shotgun shot targets (poppers/plates) be engaged from at least 10 yards or you are DQ'd. Aside from these shot targets, the pistol or rifle targets can be shot on the move if the course of fire permits it. Stopping to shoot without cover gives a procedural for each shot, but the RO will yell out COVER to remind you!
- Only drop empty mags. Each mag left behind with ammo gives you a procedural.
- There are no IPSC style walk-throughs. The course of fire will be explained and you can see the set up from the start point - that is it.
