Sheep Hunting Supreme !!

Holy #### people, can someone post a video in the hunting section without the "holier than thou" critics showing up and bashing it?? Like seriously, if its a legal shot, at a legal animal, shut the #### up. If you don't agree with the method, go start your own forum...you can call it "everything everyone else does is wrong .com"

Admittedly, game ranches are not always my cup of tea.
But when challenges of the hunt and quality Ramslike the ones below are in the mix, even game ranches have a lot to offer and i'm sure you'll agree.

This is what it's all about, The outdoors, you wife or girlfriend with you, hunting and using your skills against those of the animal.... when it all comes together, it just feels good !

Oh, I am sorry, didn't realize this was your forum, and only your opinion counts. Damn guys with standards again, judgin' you and yer kin, who dey are?! Who dey are?!
You call that hunting? Seriously, if that falls in your definition of hunting, you have my pity. That has as much to do with hunting as sticking the rod gun up against a cows head in the slaughter house......
OBTW bowling is a sport, so the participants are athletes just like Lance Armstrong too, right?

The part that makes me laugh is the camo, talking out loud 55yds away

Is Lance Arstrong that bicycle doper guy with one nut?

As early as next week, August 1, hunters will be pursuing such rams in northern BC. To run into a herd such as in the video, is what dreams are made of. Baaaaah!

If I knew it would get me a real ram, pass me the needle and I'll donate a gonad.

One shot from the 30-30 and it was all over.

Overkill ... just overkill ... should have used a 223 ... :p

I would agree with you 100% IF it was a hunting video. ;)

Wow. What an excellent, quality outdoors adventure wit the family. It's heartwarming to see a family out using traditional stalking skills to bag their game. And everyone seems so excited about the sheep hunting, it's wonderful.

Well done to the happy hunters!:)

We use to shoot pigs like that on the farm, at butchering time.

Your post reminded me of grade four. About 6 of my friends went to anothers farm the day they were killing pigs. I can still see the pigs getting blasted in my mind and "running" dead on the ground.

Thats not the way I hunt either, however it is legal, and I won't harp on anyone who hunts high fence ranches....hell most of the African hunts are on fenced properties with 1 watering hole and a blind 50 yds away...and people call that a hunt of a lifetime.

I dont personally hunt that way, but if someone chooses to, then that is their choice and your opinion really means #### all. You can form an opinion about so many ways to hunt that you can turn yourself dizzy. Hunting cougars or bears with hounds where they drive them up trees...thats an easier shot than that ram hunt.

You hunt the way you want, and respect that some people may not hunt the same way you do.

If I was killing pigs, lambs, etc on the farm for food and such, I'd prolly shoot them with hunting rifles. One for a quick clean kill, and two to test bullets...the damn things gonna get killed anyways...may as well be by the farmers hands... :weird:
