Shipping service used by Canada Ammo

Find the driver and tell him you are home and would like him to attempt delivery. If that doesn't solve things call there office and speak to a supervisor.

Ok, but you can get a new mailbox for... WAY less than a 1911/Ammo combo. Or make one out of lumber you probably have stacked up somewhere on your property?
 
unless CanadaAmmo has an awesome deal, Canpar is the deal breaker for me :(
I'd rather pay more and get my stuff from someone else
 
I ordered stuff from lots of dealers including Canada A. When you live in the boonies, you wait for everything from everybody.
 
Ordered my second 1911 combo and it arrived 9 days later. With my first combo the driver left it on my porch. 2nd combo he left a delivery notice. On the second attempt I wasn't home, my neighbour asked if she could accept the delivery on my behalf. She was told "no, it is a firearm and ammunition and the recipient needs to sign." She called over my 11yo son who was playing in the neighbourhood and the driver let him sign for it. Not too sure how happy I am with my neighbours being told what my package was.
 
Lately my CanPar deliveries have a note that says "Requires signature in person".
This means I can no longer sign the form and have them drop it in a secure location.
This is probably due to all the complaints here and Canada Ammo has responded with this.
Can't say I like this but some of us complained and Canada Ammo listened.

I think I'd be more concerned that an 11-year-old has access to a gun and ammo.
 
Canpar is very wonderfull , i buy a pistol from a store send with Canpar , they let the package at another house 5 street far and at anybody , the guy signs the paper and is done . They can let your's package where they think is right for Canpar . Dawn a handgun ...... is suposed to be sure .
