I have a hard time getting shooting glasses to fit. I find they do not sit high enough on the nose to clear my field of view.
..... Any suggestions?
I guess on-line is the obvious suggestion. That's how I bought mine and I've been very happy with them. The nose pieces can be formed for a higher positioning but I didn't need to.
The other thing to consider may be the fit of your shotgun. If the top of the frame of your glasses is getting in the way, that brings a picture to mind of someone leaning their head down and forward to get that good cheek weld we all talk about. I think you'll find that most experts would suggest your head should be upright - and the stock should be mounted to your cheek rather than your cheek beinging being welded to wherever the stock happens to sit. An adjustable comb may well allow you a more natural position of your head resulting in a clearer view through your lenses (and maybe even improved scores).
