can you guys get ammo very easy?
lol..........
that rifle is stinking heavy I could use your help........
Lost river 419 grain with 125.5 grains of reloader 25. And some of the leighs 395 grain
1/2 moa or better at 100 yards and it translates out to very long distances.
It took me a little bit to get used to this rifle. The stock is different than anyrifle I have had before. when you say pros and cons on this rifle do you mean cartridge or rifle or both? With this rifle the recoil is not bad at all. (nothing compared to a 50.) The rifle is expensive- you could do a single shot for not much more than any other custom rig. the real cost is the bullets. It get expensive if you shoot allot.Since I have my load developed I try not to shoot it under 1500 yards. It's a waste to shoot it under that. (like driving a Ferrai in a parking lot)There has been alot of pros and negs on this rifle. Love to know from someone who actually shoots one.
You are right Jammison international now makes them.I was under the impression that Lost River was no longer in business??
nice setup, that's a Swiss range finder isn't it? the spotting scope looks a bit awkward with the angle of the eyepiece, how is it for long sessions?
