Will all the new production Rem 14" barrels have bead on pedestal sights? I've seen some past ones and most had deer sights.

If there was a barrel that fit the 3.5 inch shells I would happily get one. But to be honest I haven't been able to find any supermag barrels. If you know where I can get one please let me know.

But... the whole point of a supermag receiver is to fire 3.5's... which is kinda pointless in a 14" barrel. Extra action/pump length wasted... you could keep your supermag and buy a dedicated magnum receiver for this project.

Would it not be possible to have a gunsmith bore the chamber of the Remington 14" barrel to accept 3.5" shells?
It would make for a versitile pump like the Benelli Super Nova Tactical.
