Short shotguns

The dominion arms $190 lazer arms Turkish 20 GAUGE with the 20 inch barrel is exactly what the OP is asking for. I have shot one and the trigger was a little heavy but otherwise an excellent choice. The 14 inch version in 12 gauge is great but muzzle blast is huge and ear protection is a must for every shot-unless you want a week of ringing ears. . So go with a longer barrel since when folded the length is the same. Because sometimes there likely won't be ear protection handy.

Just watch out for the sliding trigger guard... The first time I used it, it pinched me good. Only happened once though

Does it actually break down in parts like a real break action gun or does it only fold?

RR

They only fold without tools. A flat head screwdriver though and you can take out the hinge pin and have it in 2 pieces pretty quick. If you get the 20" barrel it's the same length as the stock folded. The longer barrels stick out past the stock and the shorter ones don't save you anything because the buttstock is the longest section.

I went with the Lazer 20 gauge 20" barrel from Dominion Outdoors. Thank you all for the recommendations and advice. I will report back when I fire it.

Just picked up this for like 160 from Corwin
