Shorten PAL Approval Times

Jan 8th-10th Mailed
Jan 16th - Received
Feb 9th - Showed up online (CC was charged same day)
March 6th - ISSUED !

I think that is ~49days. Didn't call once, but was planning on doing next week if nothing changed.

Damn lucky, I am one day behind you, still no status update just in "progress" still ughh, guess Im getting the short end of the stick dammit!! watch me be a week diff bc of the one day gap Grrrrrrr
 
I am in the same boat as you they received mine on Feb 17th and nothing has shown up online yet, they told me 4-6 weeks to show up online both times that I have called
 
No not going to call today since I called yesterday, I'll give it over the weekend to update again, and if nothing I'll call next week

I am in the same boat as you they received mine on Feb 17th and nothing has shown up online yet, they told me 4-6 weeks to show up online both times that I have called
 
Status is changed to issued!
I'm in BC
Tested: Jan 25th
Mailed: Jan 30th
Received: Feb 4th
Online: Feb 26th
References called: March 6th 10:24am
Issued: March 6th 10:30am

That's 31 days of waiting. I'm curious if my simple application of no kids, no ex wife and test scores of 100% and 98% sped it up.
 
Patience is a virtue.

Husband upgraded his PAL to RPAL, took course end of Nov.
Mailed application Dec 16. Rec'd in Miramichi Dec 19
Showed up Jan 16
Checked computer daily and called Miramichi weekly
Feb 17 called and they said photo was ready to scan and could have one reference call in. Reference called same day
Feb 20 called again. Told it had been sent to Ontario CFO on the 19th
Feb 27 called again. No change
Mar 6 checked computer today and status changed to issued.
11 weeks from date rec'd Miramichi to issued status
Hopefully he will get in mail next week.
 
mine was in photo scanning cue yesterday heres hoping it was scanned and on its way to CFO for final approval and to the poster who said 100% and 98%, I got 100% on both tests haha, must be married and kid thing for me slowing things down.

Yeah haha must be, could also be that the RCMP just work in chaos and its more of a lottery. Either way, good luck.

anything to try and make us happy haha, still no update for me on the site, I imagine if you are two days behind me mine is now on its way to the CFO fingers crossed and then it will take a few days after the fact to show up as issued, I assume it will be next Friday but who knows lol
 
Okay after calling them for the 3x time today lol my photo has been scanned into the system and is off to the CFO for final approval. The CFO closes at 4:30 so have to wait till Monday to find out, not unless they work weekends

I just got off the phone with them. Mine was received on jan 19. Reference called in on tuesday. No change in status online. The woman told me it's still in progress and it can take anywhere from 45 to 90 days. Thats the first i heard of the 90 days from any of the people i talked to. This is complete bs.
