Mailed my renewal (expired pal r/pal) Feb 20 still not up on the site. Been checking my CC as well. I think the site is broken for those who have an expired pal. When I click status the area that should say "no records found" stays blank. This is for both new applicant and existing pal holder options. However if I check for the status of a registration first and then back out and then check my application again it populates and says no applications found. Not sure if I can believe the site when there is an obvious bug, who knows what other info is corrupted. I called in to mention the bug but the nice lady didn't believe me. This is the 2nd application I have sent. The first never made it to them.

Did they sign for it? I always send mine so they have to sign for it, then I know they received it.
Here is my timeline
Jan 14 & 15 - completed CFSC and CRFSC course
Jan 27 - stamped test results received from CFO
Feb 5 - sent application (registered mail)
Feb 9 - application received (according to Canada Post)
Mar 8 - application appeared online
Mar 9 - one reference called in
Mar 15 - license issued
Super excited, can't wait for my first purchase (of many)

Mine was showing received on Jan 9th, 2017 and the damn thing is still in progress. I've called, they say it's been assigned but still nothing. Are all of the applications going to one CFO or different ones? Would wait times differ by area?

Called in: March 15, 2017 to check if anything else is needed. Lady says all looks ok and my card will be printed in a few days. Check online app no changes.
March 16, 2017: Status changed to application has been processed and license has been issued.
WOW 29 days total since they received it. Pretty good! Thanks to the staff RCMP and to this website.

Part im getting confuse. Some got approved right away over the phone and some mentions it's with CFO. CFO thing approval base on province? I'm from BC got my approval right away over the phone. I'm not complaining just trying to understand the process.

613Perth, it can take up to 28 days (4 weeks (7x4=28)) for the cool-down period before it will may show up on the status page. Mine took 27 days, your at 26 still can take another 2 days. Some people have mentioned that most of the process is completed before it shows up on the status page, every situation is different.
I had called today and it's not even in their system yet and she had basically told me the 45 day thing was just a guideline apparently it all depends on how busy they are, I just don't understand how some take 28 days or less and some are way longer even if you sent it a couple days before or after someone else they have theirs and you don't or vice versa you'd figure it'd be the same wait time for everyone
