Shorten PAL Approval Times

I sent my stuff to N.B. and was rec'd apr 16th.
Interviews done may 22nd all 3 same day.
My app has been at the Ontario cfo for over three weeks now.
Called cfo on Thursday and it has been sent to my local police, and the local firearms officer is on holidays until the 18th.
I love bureaucracy!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thats some BS!!!

RPal application sent May 7th, arrived May 11th 2012.

-showed up online on May 31st
-interviews on June 6th
-status changed to processed June 7th
-shipped June 13th
-arrived June 20th

6 weeks, not bad!

Now the wait for my ATT...

My application was sent in the morning and was there the same day.
I had to drive by the CFC to get to the post office...

Online it says my license has been issued since last week,...but nothing in my mail box yet.

Upgrading to RPal. 28 days from received to issued.

Received RPal in the mail today.

So it took from May 9 when they received it until June 21 to get to me.

Not sure. The last time I called (June 19th) they said it was shipped on the 13th, perhaps it was printed on the 8th?

This is for non-restricted in Ontario:

Sent by registered mail and received on May 24.
Called on May 30 they told me they haven't gotten to it yet.
Called June 14 and they told me it's processing and that my papers are complete nothing is missing. It appeared online later that day.
Checked online morning June 21 application approved.
Exactly 28 days

2nd call to BC CFO on 7th June & additional info not yet entered, told to call back in a weeks time
3rd call to BC CFO on 14th June & info still not entered & told to call back in 2 weeks time
Now at 60 days & still waiting

status changes to approved today!! got RPAL # from cfo after being on hold for 20 min 2 different times but so worth it, today was day 30

May 30: Received at Miramichi
June 19: Message appears online: “Your application has completed initial processing. It is now in progress. Please check the status again at a later date.”
June 20: $80 Cheque Cashed
June 22: First Reference Interviewed
June 25: My Interview
June 25: Second Reference Interviewed
June 27: Message appears online: “Your application has been processed and your licence has been issued. If you have not received your licence within 2 weeks please contact the Canada Firearms Center Toll Free number. (1-800 731-4000)”

Total 28 Days from day received at Miramichi, never had to call in.

Anyone who's been called for an interview,what info shows on the call display?Also,is it just the Rpal apps that go to the BCCfo for final approval?or do Pal apps find their way there too? (seems like a redundant step,anyway)
