You don't need a diamond blade. A hacksaw will do it. A parting tool in a lathe would also work. Be careful with the chrome plate in the bore. A Brownells hand crowning set should work, with the advisory that I do not know how it deals with the chrome. I prefer to crown on the lathe; use a sharp tool, cut from the bore out.
Which suppressor? The original cannot be remounted unless you machine grooves for the spines. In that case, the muzzle threads would be the same as they were originally.
Otherwise, the muzzle will have to be threaded for the unit that is going to be installed. Measure the diameter carefully, there are variations in barrel diameters. You want to make sure the unit you have chosen will fit.
