Gotcha, par for the course with budget Turkish guns. I wouldn’t expect much from a Turkish shotgun, I look at them as disposable. If anything breaks be happy if you get any warranty or parts support, it is what it is and who knows maybe it will be reliable.

My Girsan 1911 is a tinkerer’s dream lol, good thing I like to tinker… It’ll be the one and only Turkish firearm I ever own, as you say “Lesson learned.”
 
Got a Canuck pump and it's doing the same thing on the left of the barrel. Didn't even notice until I looked at it a moment ago.

I think this is a minor issue but now that I know, I'll sand the forearm channel down a tad. The tolerances on the gun are good IMO.

I bet if one would be racking the forearm with his right hand (left handed shooter) the wear would appear on the right side of the barrel.

You'll also get wear/blueing loss on the mag tube, all pumps will have that sooner or later if you use them.
 
TBH that does seem very normal for a shotgun, especially if you're right handed and pumping with the left hand. Wear like this is just part of use, if you want to prevent it, sand down the hand guard considerably, and cerakote the thing, it will last longer.
The cheap shotguns have just enough coating to cover the metal, if this is going to roll in the truck bed, just hit it with some black bbq/high heat matte spray paint.

My 12" barreled 870 that has seen so much abuse and use since I got it new, even the parkerizing is starting to fade on the whole thing, two very distinct silver lines running down the barrel the entire length of the handguard travel, just something that's inevitable if you use them. marks from cycling the action are user damage, warranty/seller has no obligation to covering you, no different than buying a car and curbing a rim the next day.

It doesn't matter, turkish or not, they will all show wear at one point/spot or another if they are getting used. Same with higher quality pumps like the older Ithaca 37, Wingmasters or BPS.
 
Honestly if you have 10+ year old pump shotguns that show no signs of finish wear on the mag tube or action bars you just aren’t shooting them enough lol, I don’t care what brand or how high priced it is.

This. Wear lines on pumps is absolutely normal, if you actually use them.
 
Seems to be more common with synthetic forend, and chances are you'll also get drag marks if the forend goes over the action while in the back-position.
- A few minuted with some sandpaper will fix the issue.

If it wore down that much after 50 cycles, I'd venture to say the finish is pretty thin.

Rubbing marks from the forend is usually normal but seeing the picture you posted, I've never seen wear that far ahead. Its usually on the magazine tube, on the barrel closest to the receiver, and/or if the pump comes back far enough some rubbing on the receiver. I guess if your pump goes that far forward then yes it's going to rub and wear the finish. It's an unfortunate reality of owning a pump action shotgun.
