Shotgun Flashlight advice

I'm not saying duck tape a black and Decker to it just not a 150.00 flashlight is all i mean

What side do you mount the fleshlight on? should scare the perp out of your house either way I guess. Maybe mumble something about "bringing out the gimp" while you do that.
ANyways, DX (dealextreme) has a lot of copies of the high cost lights with good output. You should be able to get yourself setup with a good 5 mode light with batteries, charger and remote button for around $50 all in.
I have a couple of their lights and they make the big mag lights look pathetic.
Maybe Ill dig in and post a link.

I got a relly nice one piece cast aluminum bracket from Brownells and installed a low cost (high lumen) LED light on the mag tube of my BPS. I needed a few turns of electrical tape to make the flashlight the correct diameter, but I intended to insulate it with tape from the get go. All in, it cost me about $50 and it is very effective for those pesky raccoons that ravage my grape vines in fall.....after dark.

i have a fenix pd30 and a o-light m20 mounted to guns and both of which are awesome.
i also have a TON of stuff from DX that i used for every day carry... but you get what you pay for. Most of them arent water proof and the build quality isnt that good so read reviews on the stuff before you buy. theyre cheap enough to order multiples and the 18650, cr123 batteries are cheaper than anywhere else.
the other thing is LED type spot/flood/lumen (rated at otf (out the front) or at the emitter (this is where DX fools you.)
(r5, r4 is a flood type beam)
(r2 is a spot type beam)
lastly... funny story....
going on a trip to vegas a couple years ago our friend gives us his credit card to book his flight because he couldnt make it down.... we went online and built him a custom fleshlight and charged it to his card.... he got an anonymous package 2 weeks after which he opened in front of his mom thinking it was an Ebay shipment... he immediately closed the box and ran to the computer to figure out why he got a fleshlight in the mail haha

Oh Well i got the mount seems solid enough now the trick is finding a flashlight small enough to fit in it
