Dredge up an old thread, but whatever...saves a new one. I've been hunting pheasant and coyotes with a BFR 45/410 with a 7.5" barrel in the USA....very slick operation indeed.
Pattern with the BFR choke is great for anything inside 25 yards, and the 45 colt (corbon style loads, fairly punchy) is deadly for coyotes inside 75 or so, haven't tried anything out further yet.
Should be no reason you can't get one here.....imported and all for a decent price. Not hunting with it limits it's use, but it's still a very fun gun to plink with, and one of the nicer single actions out there AFAIK.
I'll get pics up once i get the Aimpoint Micro mounted up and dialed in.
