Top rifle in post 14 is my favourite. If you want a straighter more Oberndorfish handle maybe you could start with a kimber, they’re everywhere. (Kidding)

Apparently their might be a kimber at a store in a nearby town, a 280 ai Montana

Never change horses midstream though
 
I've posted this before but here's the one I made for my 9.3x57 build. It's the original checkered knob/handle welded to a section of a military handle then welded on to the bolt.

These days, I just stick to the factory jobs...However, in the past, my best Mauser bolt handle modifications were done by Sam Adams, the late great Nova Scotia gunsmith. He had a real knack for that job. Unfortunately I no longer own these rifles nor do I have any photos of them.
