Will post pics once all 5/4 are together.

PGW C14 MRSWS "Timberwolf" in 338 Lapua, Topped with a Arken 6-24x50

If you were thinking about buying a PGW, go for it. Probably the best rifle I've ever had the pleasure of owning and ever will. Aside from a straight up hi Precision benchrest only build I've not seen another rifle keep up with it. Top it all off its made in Canada so you'd be supporting Canadian jobs and the Canadian Economy. Win, win, win IMO. Hunting its a tad heavy, but in my opinion its not a problem. I use it on mountain Goats once a year, and coyotes when I'm bored at the farm. Overkill, but oh well, so is a lifted F150.

These are mine, precise, accurate and built like tanks.

Chambered in .308, .223, .260 and 6mmBR.

The bottom one is a RBLP and to date the only one like it in existence.

I love the iconic look of a Coyote/Timberwolf in the McM A5 stocks, with their unique spiral fluting. A PGW Coyote used to be my dream rig, and one of the first precision rifles I ever shot.

The ones in the McMillan stocks with swirl pattern and black cerakote/finish look extra cool!

I wish I could find that picture of the "urban" PGW Coyote, that had a really short barrel (18"?) and was all black.

PGW really needs to update their chassis though, to bring them into the modern chassis era and have a more competitive offering.

There is something coming that addresses the chassis as you mention. The original chassis became what it is through many modifications and very direct input from Tier 1 SF groups that were active in Afghanistan. They wanted light, compact, strong and simple. They were adjustable, but not full of delicate, complicated mechanisms that are prone to failure. Durable and simple gets the mission done.

I've got a Coyote folder with a 17" barrel or there about, it is just over the 26" length folded, but it's FDE.
