There is a fellow on here who has the handle CAJE. I bought a bolt from him a while back and he seems quite knowledgeable. PURPLE also seems to know his stuff, if I missed any other guru I apologize.

these 'show me your garands' posts are too much some times. We already have one in the Photogallery that's stickied.

it seems like every two weeks we get a 'lets have the garand tour' thread. LOL com'on guys I know the search function sucks sometimes but use it.

Deagle2008, that's a great M1 you have there! Almost twins:) Cartouches look identical!

Here is a pic of the front site. Must say I do not know alot about the M1 Garand, and even less about the Kings's Garand (Lend Lease), more of a k98 guy. Thanks for looking:)

Cool old rifles. I like the way they put storage compartments for tools and cleaning kit in the stock. All the new stuff is plastic junk with no common sense for cleaning kits. My opinion AR's and that European crap rifles made today are lame. Don't really know why you would want a flashlight on a rifle. Wood stocks are awesome there is not 2 rifles the same. You buy a new rifle no need to even look at them they are all the same.

Sorry, those are the only pictures I had access to as of right now of my 3 Garands. The M1C I have both the standard mount and USMC 1952 mount. I have a number of bayonets to go with them, both M1905/M1942 long bayonets and M1905E5/M1 Shortened bayonets. Along with ammo belts, Jump bags, ect.

To be able to see something/shoot accurately in the dark. Only really used for CQB type stuff anyway.
