You need to get the original grips for that nickel 27 as those are not the right ones. I can tell by how they fit. Great collection.
The front sight is wrong too, somebody put a fibre optic on it prior to the gent I bought it from. I am on the hunt for proper front sight and grips, but even at that a 27-2 nickel with 5" barrel is a rare bird. It sucks that somebody buggered around with it, but I do have original presentation box and papers. Grips and front sight shouldn't be too difficult, and it is worth the effort. I couldn't pass on it because of the barrel length.
Now, if I could just find a really decent 25-2 or -3....dammit! I missed one by a couple minutes last week, looked beauty. One of these days....as the Pink Floyd song says.
