Since March 2015 that I started to look for rings and a pistol scope for one of my Dan Wesson revolvers. I managed to trade some rings for a 2" shroud with a fellow DW shooter in the States, bought a pistol scope off eBay that was DOA but I managed to get warrantied from Swift. That process took about 4 months total as I have to use a legal importer for scopes out of the USA even though it was a warranty item as the ITAR laws are convoluted to say the least.

Anyways, I just mounted up the scope complete with the sun shade - that required me to take off the front sight blade.

I'm not sure what the brand of the rings are, the scope is a Swift SRP6266M 2-6 x32mm that cost me $10 to replace and has a lifetime warranty. Swift Premier Pistol Scopes

Looking forward to sighting it in.

big brother and little brother, nice.

Yep! 5" 629 and 4.2" 686, Perfect balance. Just installed the hogue grips and reduced springs kit on both, what a difference does it made. The trigger was stupid heavy on both in double action, now feel so smooth.

Range report?
Just one click away from getting one; but just didn't want to deal with moonClips.

It needs a spring kit and possibly some trigger work by a smith - and then it will shoot head to head with the best of them (at least for precision target work with any other gun in this class). The run-n-gun guys are pleased as punch with 'em right out of the box because they need speed and ergonomics more than precision accuracy. Mine wants to shoot like a target gun and will if I do my part - but I find you really have to slog your way through that trigger to make it sing. As soon as our suppliers bring in some Wolff sping sets - I will be on that like ugly on an ape! She shoots both LC/ACP with aplomb.

Of course, the S&W guys will take me into the boards on this and they have (pardon the pun) - ammo for their argument.
