Early 1942-produced Smith & Wesson M & P Lend Lease program British Service Revolver chambered in .38/200(aka .38 S&W) supplied to Canada. Refinished and, obviously, not the original grips(I do have the correct grips but prefer these for shooting). Very accurate.

The Second last Non-Registered Magnum to leave the Smith and Wesson Plant in 1942. Originally owned by my friend, former Marine Colonel and later on Station Chief of the CIA Station for Latin America in Mexico City Phil Roettinger. Now owned by myself and kept in a well-cared-for safe in Central Mexico. Written up in several places but most notably in the thread The Penultimate Pre-Postwar Magnum is in Mexico on the Smith & Wesson Forum. Used in action by the original owner on Guadalcanal and Bougainville, and carried sometimes in Central America when things looked dicey.

They may not be the prettiest girls at the dance but I like the history and uniqueness of these two. One is a 1941 Enfield No.2 Mk.1* and the other is a Canadian issued S&W pre victory revolver
