Some of you who know Lindsay may already be aware but toolmanscbs my FIL passed away from a heart condition several months ago now. His daughters have sent most of his collection to Wards auctions in Edmonton for the August 22nd premier auction. There will be hundreds of Colt revolvers, rifles, and shotguns, as well as Winchesters, Henrys, and even a Volcanic.

Well that was one hell of an auction. Number 14 went for $15K plus 20% and many others. 1992 Bright Stainless, from the toolmanscbs collection.
It's as new. I'd be curious to know if it was fired outside the factory.
Glad to add it to my collection. Ward's auctions was great to deal with.
Look at the front of the cylinder. If it was factory fired, it should have the powder rings ONLY every other chamber, 3 in total. If no powder marks, then it was cleaned and there is no way to prove it was factory fired only.
