In my understanding, BATFE considers
the full auto shotgun a "device of mass destruction"

That's hard to say. It could look like this, but it could have a CAR-15 stock on it. Or a G36 stock. It could have the solid forend with rail, or the ventilated Israeli stuff.
this could be the new style furniture that marstar are bringing in , the Hg not as funky as in your pic.
