Me too! I wish he shipped to Canada, or had a distributor.
I am still awaiting the Target model...
It's trickier that just exporting/importing a gun part because in the case of the P320 the FCU is actually the gun from a legal perspective. So you would also have to get a Canadian Export permit and send the FCU to the US as a repair and return item. Nobody down there is going to get into all that paperwork. Even in the US you lose the gun for four-eight weeks and it used to be more. As it is, Gray has all the work they can handle and more.
I tried a 320 last weekend. It was brand new. It felt pretty good. But it should have had interchangeable bask straps instead of the entire lower. Because the one I tried felt a bit too big for my hand.
Yes, I think his waiting list is at least 4 months right now?
There are YouTube guides for a trigger job if you are inclined to that sort of thing. I don't think he has released the kit yet but when I did my P226 it was just a few hours mostly because I was sooooo careful. I'll bet a second one would be done in less than an hour. Complete disassembly of the FCU isn't rocket science but there are a lot of small parts and tricky springs. It's not exactly a job for the rank beginner but doable if you can read and follow the videos.
I have been very fortunate to have taken several Armorer's classes at The Sig Academy(Classis P-Series was one. Hope to do P320 class in the future). I would certainly be interested in his kits if I could buy one.
