SIGHTRON SIII Question.

Talk to Jerry over at Mystic Precision, great guy to deal with and his prices are very good. Great customer service, very knowledgeable.

I bought 2 from Jerry. Hes a great guy to deal with.

I have a 6-24x50 LRMOA and a 8-32x56 LRMOA. I use the 6-24 on my long range gun because it has 100MOA of vertical adjustment.

When picking a scope you have to be pick if you want to go with MOA or Mils. If you pick MOA then make sure you get a MOA retical, or vise versa.

24 power is plenty for shooting far beyond 1000 yards.

Just installed a 8x32x56 on my
jacked up 6.5x55 custom
long range rig tested 2 weeks ago
-5 out of the warm truck into the snow
6:30 sun up pointed it right into the sun
and directed it off the snow right into the sun
great low light morning and evening
have long range scopes 900 for this scope great bang for the buck

well i caved and got a 8-32-56 LRMOA

I hope it will fit my ADM mount.

Thanks for all the input guys. I'm just bummed out there is no zero stop and IR on it.

Ok, here's what you do - Take your wife out shopping and when you're in a shoe store and she has a new pair of shoes in her hands, THEN you tell her that you went a little over budget on the scope.

Didn't have to, Got it on the EE for a smoking deal.

You made the right choice. The LRMOA reticule is a great choice. I found the crosshairs in the Mil Dot reticule to be too fat. You will love the little dot in the center of the MOA reticule it's great for long range.

I'm not sure, but I have heard a lot of talk that they will be bringing out a better version if the SIII next year with both zero stop, FFP and IR??

I'm going to wait a little longer until they release them. I'll hold with my leupold for now. But I DESPERATELY want a sightron. I love the brand, love the reticles, love the look and holy #### I LOVE the price.

I'm excited to see what they bring out next. So much so I'm going to send them a email tommorow or call them and see what could be coming down the pipeline for the future.

SHOT is 5-6 wks away. All will be shown then.

When will they be made???? That is a better question. Most new announcements have not actually shown up until late summer or the following year.

I have an s3 8-32 mil/mil . awesome piece of scope.

their binos are so awesome too btw. didnt know that looking through binos could be that sharp

I got a SIII 10-50X60 LRTD and love it. I don't care about FFP and LR, it's a target scope! Hirsch Precision is where I got mine. If money was no object, I would have a March scope but this a different league... They offer a 8-80X56, talk about extreme!!

If you want a 24X power tactical with all the bells & whistles get a Vortex Viper PST FFP; I have 2 of those and great scopes, best for the buck!
