Single Shot 20ga - cheap but not junk?

As the subject says...

I'm looking to get a single shot 20ga (once stuff actually gets back in stock) and I want to get something that's inexpensive but not junk. What would people suggest? Pallas? Charles Daly? Or do I have to go up to the $500+ dollar range and get a Henry or something similar?

Perfectly happy buying used too - but used guns seem to be made of gold these days.

Suggestions are appreciated.

3. definitely not Chinese made junk
4. Most Turkish guns have not been around long enough to establish a reputation for durability.
If you have the price of a Henry single shot to work with, why would you spend that much on a single shot?
 
I have a Charles Daly 601 in 20ga (a cheap semi, not a single-shot), but it works pretty good for the price. I didn't want to spend too much on trying out a 20ga but I'm impressed. Only reason why I might change would be to get wood furniture on the semi!

Don't overlook the Baikal singles in 20 bore. Hammerless, cross bolt safety, able to be un cocked some have selectable ejector to non ejector. All made of quality steel and usually Beech wood stocks. I have one in 12 gauge and it is a very well built gun in relation to the cost.

I went with a Turkish one for a few reasons:
1. Has chokes.
2. Has a 18" barrel.
3. Has a vent rib on the barrel.
4. Was so cheap ($100 is what I paid)

I haven't had any real issues with mine. I did have light strike issues recently with one type of ammo, but I also messed with the tension on the hammer spring to lighten the trigger so it's probably my own damn fault. I haven't had it out since then so I can't say for sure though.

For all those people saying Cooey... where? I don't think I've seen a Cooey 20ga for sale in 6+ months. Are these things unicorn farts or do I just have bad luck?

Cooey 84, 840, Winchester 370. Winchester 37's are nice old shotguns. 20ga. Cooeys are hard to come by, like single shot Cooey 410's.
