And for when you're *not* hunting ... 
I have a nicely framed print of one of those late-1800 western paintings on the wall of my living room. It's a glowing early-evening scene ... very peaceful-looking ... campfires and teepees ... of a native encampment just below The Three Sisters near Banff ... and on the wall just above the painting (sitting on a couple of felt-lined old-timey brass gun hooks) is an iron-sighted Ruger No. 1 Light Sporter in 30-06.
It is a perfect and beautiful image ... gun as art.
I feel good whenever I look at that wall. And there's a strung-and-ready-to-go Scott rod above the three windows just to the left
