Not enough. Too much time sitting in hospital rooms and not enough riding. But I did ride in the middle of November...wouldn't have been possible in other locales.

There is a really amazing tool for skinning animals. it's called a Knife. Works real well too!

What works really well with deer hanging head up from a pole/tree is a knife down as far as around the front legs, then tie a rope around a handful of hide on the back. connect the rope to your quad (winch or hitch) and slowly tighten rope. Peels right down to bottom of back legs, then cut off legs -done. Haven't tried it when carcass has cooled out, but slicker than snot on a plate with a warm carcass.

I just use a knife. Takes 20 mins max. The warmer the carcass the easier the job.

I believe thats the way they skin alligators down south in the bayou ,seen them do it on the Decovery channel.
