SKS Combo: Case of 1200 rds $399

They're Russian refurb, so no unless you luck out and get a 54/55. Makes little difference. Just clean right away. Some say the unlined ones are more accurate to boot...

Chrome bores in russians started in 1951 and went through untill the stopped making them in 56, so chances are you will get a chrome lined bore, not that you will likely notice the difference.

I thought the Russians only did chrome lined bore the last 2 years of their SKS production?

You've got it backwards, they only did non chrome the first 2 years of production (49-50) and everything after was chrome lined

Can I request basic features for the rifle? Like a 1955/56 year model? I know you don't have a ton of these to go around...

Amazing deal. Is there any way that a combo with the LCW 7.62x39 can be made at 349.99? My range does not permit the use of steel core ammo.

My range doesn't allow steel core or bi-metal (if a magnet sticks, it's a no-go). If there was ever an sks combo with non-magnetic ammo, I'd jump on it!

See what happens when I drag my feet....hehe....holding out for a china one, although the ways things are going the Russian ones might become quite valuable and rare. :(
