Man, if those Norinco factory workers in Guangdong or Beijing or wherever knew what their SKS D's were going for they'd be rolling on the floor laughing.
That or just shake their heads slowly while crouching in a back alley and smoking endless cigarettes that emit a strangely yellowy/greenish smoke.

My SKS-D (yes, I just got a new, thanks to this thread) will kick your .303carbine's ass in every aspect.

Reliability - um - no - do a search man - the enfield has a very good reputation for reliability.
Accuracy - no - though enfields are not known as tack drivers they did make a sniper version that had a reputation of acceptable accuracy. Every try shooting an SKS at 600 yards? You'd have to aim at the moon...
Comfort - to each his own - 303 fits me perfect...the sks -d length of pull is a litle short for me - enfield is just right.
Capacity - enfield wins hands down..while you fumble with your 5 round pinned mags - johny enfield will be pumping ten rounds from his box magazine with one of the fastest bolt actions ever designed...
P.S. the enfield has much better sights...
