They are evasive and if they lay down and you walk by them you will find out how aggresive they aregood job, ive heard they are evasive and difficult to hunt.

LOL I was able to score 20lbs of bacon from the sowTook the words right out of my watering mouth...
There are some in Manitoba but they are very hard to find.
Give it 10 years, and the numbers will be so high we'll be hunting them by helicopter like they do in the states now

Does not need any other attention then you would give store bought pork.Good shooting!
Be sure to cook it well though, wild boar can have some parasites you don't want.
There are in Alberta...
Feral boar, no hunting limit or season from the research I've done...
Sorry to hear you had a problem. I don't speak a lick of freanch but the guy I was with did, not once when I was there did I ever get a bad taste in my mouth there where even times when I would turn to the staff and ask them to repeat what they had said in English and they had no problem. I found the staff helpfull and extremely knowledgeable and they made us feel right at home. Next year we are planing on doing two hunts at the camp you are more than welcome to join us.I'm wondering how the Quebec SQ will look on unregistered non-restricted firearms from Ontario in their jurisdiction for hunting even if they were being used on a hunting preserve like Ranch Amerique?
Is there an exemption for non Quebec residents for unregistered guns while hunting in Quebec and supporting Quebec outfitters?
What if the "out of province" gun was registered in the Canadian firearms program before c-19 was proclaimed and the hunter has the certificate?
I might be interested in a hunt if they (Ranch Amerique) show a little more respect but none of my unregistered guns are being registered in PQs rump LGR.![]()
Thats some pare of balls you have to bring a bore down with a 9mm. Talk about shot placement LOL
no..they are some of the nicest people you can meet,,my french is horrible and i look like an immigrant.but he made an effort to speak to me in the best english he could! i highly recommend this ranch!!Found their site online about a year ago and seriously considered a hunt but upon contacting them with some background information and expressing interest found that they wouldn't send me a brochure or any other information in English and I got the impression I was bothering them and ceased and desisted doing so.
I didn't know if their attitude problem was because I was a female or because I didn't parlez francais but if they don't respect my gender or language they can screw off. I'll spend my hunting dollars elsewhere.
By the way, nice hog OP. Should be real nice eating.
You're looking very "Spetsnaz" in the picture.![]()
