is that a silencer on your AK ?

and a romak stock and posp scope?

I WOULDN'T buy a cz858 , have one that fail to fire 10% of then time. had most of parts replaced already. seems nobody be able to have a fix for it. read the stick, many pep had the same problem. My sks D has no problem , 100% relaliable.

again sorry about the pics my wife laminated the orginal pic at least the bottle cap came out good. Yes its is a silencer but not a working one. you have to have a ffl and a class III in fl to have a real one, but you can have a fake one without an issue. I never tried to shoot out of it. i have more pics but i have to find them i have a good pick of my collection Nhm 91, sks ,roman 47, roman 74, mac90 chi, m1 carbine, 32 mag , russian makarov 2 dbl stack mag, moss 500, 10/22 rugger

You'll fall in love with the 858. Its a couple pounds lighter than an ak47 and the feel is very comfortable for people who are use to shooting the ak. Honestly the sks is a rifle and it feels like one, don't try and make it something it isn't you'll just end up disappointed.

If you enjoy the feel of a nice pistol grip familiar with assault rifles in a semi-automatic package, doesn't get much better than the 858 in its category.

bottle cap??? and here i thought you were related to happy face.:D

i love mt CZ858 cos i love tinkering around with it and i can probably fix the gremlin if i ever encounter it but im lucky so far.

here is another good question is it legal to make parts of the action or fix them by your self i have a 3 axis cnc machine at my bussiness?

yup, you can make any action parts you want. you can make a heavy duty sear disconnect , that will solve the gremlin.

FA would be nice but i would also like to shoot it somewhere not just have it in my armory. Does anyone know who could answer that question legality is most important.

VZ is by far a better choice over the SKS. It works, its well made, and its not a Norinco. Not to mention it looks a lot better although not an important factor. The iron sights are usable and mounting an optic is easy and solid.

TDC

Isn't the the VZ a restricted tho? That alone makes an SKS better in my books. I f you don't have to go to the range to have fun, that's huge.
