Hi, I have tried some searching online but can't find anywhere to buy a slotted bit socket for removing cz 858 fixed stock and installing folding stock. I am not sure what size of bit I need for the stock screw either, I used my callipers on the folding stock screw and got 0.087 - 0.090 inches for width of screw slot. But it seems slotted bits are measured in terms of screw head diameter.

Is this the info you're looking for?
Hopefully it shows up as a table.

It would be fastener size 0-1 if this is the info you need.

Screw Head - Slotted.svg
Slot drive tool and fastener sizes[5]
Blade width Fastener size
3⁄32 in (2.4 mm) 0–1
1⁄8 in (3.2 mm) 2
5⁄32 in (4.0 mm) 3
3⁄16 in (4.8 mm) 4–5
1⁄4 in (6.4 mm) 6–7
5⁄16 in (7.9 mm) 8–10
3⁄8 in (9.5 mm) 12–14
7⁄16 in (11 mm) 16–18
1⁄2 in (13 mm) 18–24

Just get a big flat head screw driver and a pipe wrench. No need for special tools

Shawn

These are torqued down pretty good. My friend and I bought the largest screwdriver we could find and couldn't get it to budge (wasn't big enough and not enough leverage). Bought a large screwdriver type socket online and it came off. It looked like this:

Definitely not 0-1 could be 18-24, i wasn't measuring the length of the slot (blade width) but the width of the slot. Might just have to buy a big flathead screw driver and file it to fit.

That is exactly what I am looking for, mind sharing where you found it.

Looks like these are called drag link sockets.

I have changed my fair share

Just use for penetration oil from the receiver side and give the screw driver a few good wacks with a hammer to loosen it
