Mamma: nice job! It turned out great. I ran into a SNAFU with a pesky run of tung oil when I didn't wipe out all the oil from inside the butt stock swivel mounting hole, and it oozed out overnight and created a lump. One of these days it'll be finished.![]()

This thread so intrigued me I started my own refurb of the stock on my SKS this past week.
I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet, but it feels very solid.Looks great Mamma... How does it shoot with the choate scope mount?.
Still not sure how to scope mount mine!.![]()
