I think the CFC will wait untill the Henderson case is decided, the outcome of that case will determine classification for all AR's and "Variants" of current prohibs.

My "buddy" had the goods at his house on Monday when I spoke to him. He is a very meticulous individual with previous experience importing guns from the US. He knows the rules and regulations back to front. Maybe we won't be able to have them verified until the FRT# is issued...I don't have a clue.

I check this thread weekly to see if the rifle is 'good to go' and after I spoke with him I checked in here right away. Nothing new. I thought "this is too good to be true"

I'll call him tomorrow and see what's next

Every day that passes and I don't have it yet a little piece of me dies a bit. My wife says I only enjoy the thrill of the chase and that once I get it I will be after something new.... Little does she know I'm already thinking about the sig 522 incase this comes out restricted.

Plus just think of the optics I can start pining after once I have it!!
