I'm going to tell you my personal experience with my S&W 22A.
It shot bad right out of the box, FTF, FTE's continually with any ammo....
Sent for repair, took 4mos, no difference, sent again, took 4-5mos, and now it's pretty good, apparantly it was a bur in the slide i think....
Now it's a pretty good shooter, pretty accurate, like it in my hand....
I sold it only cause with all the hassles i went through, i bought a P22 in the meantime, and the kids like it better......
I saw some in the cabinet at Wild West in edmonton, and i know P&D stocks them as well....
I really liked how it looked with a red dot on the built in top rail.....
