Sniper/Precision Match: What are you using?

Is that what you're using? I've never heard of that round before.

HS Precision Pro 2000 HTR .308. The rifle has been "tweaked" by the "master". I'm just waiting for an NXS 5.5-22x50 with R1 reticle. (Can't compete with these Schmidt Bender guys:eek: ,,,,,,, must be in the wrong line of work:D )

Oh ok cool. If LRC decided to use it, would you guys just share it? It's my first time shooting this match :redface:. And it's not about the optics ;) (though I'm sure Skullboy's rifle kicks mine's arse, as well as his shooting ability:p). My Leupold will do me just fine.
Oh and let me know if you get time booked off work and are still looking for a partner;).

and if you were asking me about work, no I still don't know, and won't know probably until the week before the match. I have my form all filled out and a cheque made out, I just have to mail it off.
 
I use a PGW coyote action with 30" McLennen Heavey Barrel in .260 Rem. With a Leaupold VX-III 6.5x-20x-50mm with a McMilian A5 stock bedded by PGW.

I would love to come out to BC for the PR match. I might considered it depending on funds. I will post some pictures in a couple of days!!!!:cool:
 
Syxx15, We currently hold only one Tac rifle match a year, Yeah I know:( I am working on starting a few small one day ones on the island this year at the Nanaimo range....we'll see how much time I've got. If you PM me your e-mail address I will send you all the information you could possibly need, our website sucks and I have been on them to fix/update it, if you go there it is www.bcrifle.org, they still don't list the Tac rifle class, it used to be called precision class, which seems even goofier than Tactical rifle (Isn't all target rifle shooting, Precision?)
 
I know this is a little off topic. But here are some pictures of my rig. This would be in Open class for the match I believe. I just hope my work doesn't interfer for this match. My pictures aren't the best.
