sniper rifle?

What's your choice for the best sniper rifle under 3000$, avalaible in Canada and brand new? caliber 308 and over.

go get youself a rem700P, with Leupold ring and base, do the trigger, Bedding(not alway needed), get a decent glass and go shoot it, most of the time, the rifle will out shoot a person, don't need to spend $3000 on a rifles, save it for a down payment for a nice car!...
