I only hunt on private property so when I run into these wack-jobs i let them know they are tresspassing and then pull out the cell phone. Works every time.

I tend to cut to the chase..

Ask their name and address.

Then tell them the MNR will be contacting them shortly to charge them for interference in a lawful hunt.

That tends to move them along right smartly..
