Are there Skopion pistols in Canada? Even being prohib, they're here, no? Look up the definition of "common" in the webster dictionary. Read that and tell me there are not more then a few prohib Skorp pistols still in Canada. Of course there are. Seriously, the brass might wanna be d*cks and make things hard by interpreting the law in their own way, but the law is the law. Scorpion pistols exist in Canada and are not un-common (10 round mags, please?).
And speaking of interpretation; anyone remember the ANTIQUE STATUS fiasco with converted caliber antiques?? They won't give letters for converted caliber antiques ANYMORE, but the law is still the law, and whether they lab wants to de-register and/or issue a ANTIQUE STATUS letter or not, for example, a pre 1898 COLT SAA 45 colt converted to 38 Special is an antique, regardless if the lab de-registers or not, or whether the lab acknowledges it or not.
Push for more or loose more. If you're not moving forward you're moving backwards. There are no stand stills when it comes to gun control.
