So what is it with Remington 710's anyway?

In my defence it was 6 years ago before I had CGN to turn too.

I don't know what the big deal is.. I have had my 710 for a couple of years now. I have some hot loaded 30-06 ( 180 gr) and can put every bullet in a quarter sized hole. It has gone through at least 200-300 rounds since I got it, no issues, never a hiccup.











Ok I am kidding, I just found this thread and wanted to read up on why the 710 was so bad before buying a .308.

Some people can smoke their whole life and not get Cancer too.
